Pick-to-Light Process:

1. Start a picklist (list of inventory items to pick in order to fill one or more orders–typically started with a barcode scan)

2. Pick-to-Light hardware Lights up with the SKU and quantity to pick

3. order picking by light presses the button or scans a barcode to acknowledge each pick

4. Picker repeats the process until the picklist is complete

pick to light LED, consisting of storage compartment displays, belongs to the paperless order picking methods, supports the order picker with light during order picking. The picking quantity is displayed directly at the storage compartment and confirmed at the acknowledgement button.
